How to use the signature resizer
Signature uploads often have strict rules, such as 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB. Choose a photo or scan of your signature, pick a common size or type your form's exact numbers, and download a JPG that fits. The paper background can be turned pure white so the signature looks clean. The presets are common sizes, not official specifications: always check your exam's current notification.
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen, then photograph or scan it.
- Choose the image and pick a common size, or enter your form's width, height and KB range.
- Keep "Make the paper background pure white" on for a clean result.
- Download the JPG and upload it to the form.

Frequently asked questions
What size should my signature be?
Use the exact size in your form's instructions. 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB is common on bank exam forms, but always check the current notification.
My signature looks grey or has shadows. Can this fix it?
Yes. Keep "Make the paper background pure white" on: light paper and shadows turn white while the ink stays dark.
The file is below the minimum KB. What happens?
The tool adds invisible padding inside the JPG to reach the minimum, without changing how the signature looks.
Should I use Crop to fill or Fit inside?
Fit inside (the default for signatures) keeps your whole signature and adds white space around it. Crop to fill can cut off the ends.
Is my signature uploaded?
No. It's processed in your browser and never leaves your device.
