Merge PDF Files Online

Combine PDF files into one, in the order you choose.

Choose PDF files

Add two or more PDFs (up to 30). They stay on your device.

How to use the merge pdf

Join PDF files into a single document. Add two or more PDFs, put them in the order you want, and merge. Every page is copied as it is, so text stays selectable and quality doesn't change. Because the merging happens in your browser, confidential documents never leave your device.

  1. Choose two or more PDF files.
  2. Use the arrows to put them in order, or remove any you don't need.
  3. Press Merge, then download the combined PDF.

When to use it

  • Applications

Combine a form, ID and certificates into the single PDF a portal asks for.

  • Reports

Join chapters or monthly statements into one file.

  • Sharing

Send one attachment instead of several.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on files or pages?

You can merge up to 30 PDFs at a time. Very large files take longer because everything runs on your device.

Will the quality change?

No. Pages are copied without being re-rendered, so text, images and links stay exactly as they were.

Can I change the order of the PDFs?

Yes. Use the up and down arrows before merging.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

No. Remove the password from those files first.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDFs are merged in your browser and nothing is sent to our servers.
